MIcrosoft Technologies - DELL IT

A technical resource with 3-6 years overall IT experience in Microsoft technologies with at least one full cycle implementation.
Must Have
1. Scalable and should be able to pick up on any technology.
2. In-Depth Knowledge in Asp.Net.
3. Knowledge on Web services.
4. Exposure to XML/XSLT and any one EAI tool.
5. Microsoft 3.5, Exposure to WWF and WPF would be an added advantage.
6. Exposure to enterprise applications preferable.
7. Microsoft C# and good OOPS knowledge is a must.
8. Good trouble shooting skills – debugging skills in MS SQL Server and .Net.
9. Aqualogic exposure is the actual requirement but knowledge on Aqualogic would be an added advantage.

Secondary skills
Good communication skills.
Good logical analysis and problem solving skills.
Desirable
Exposure to Requirements gathering and direct interation with clients.
Exposure to Windows and Web services.
Exposure to enterprise applications.
Exposure to any one EAI tool and SOA Architecture.

Duties and Responsibilities
1) To be part of a team supporting front-line applications end-to-end
2) To be able to design and develop new applications.
3) To be able to take ownership of one or more modules in the application.
4) To Design, Develop and Deploy the solution based on Customer Requirements
5) To follow the processes set up by the Dell IT for software engineering.
